Embroidery has been at the heart of Ace Designs for more than two decades. Every order is stitched in our Arundel studio on commercial Barudan and Tajima machines, so we look after the quality from the first stitch to the last.
The thread is stitched straight into the fabric, giving a raised, textured finish that won't crack or peel. It's the natural choice for work shirts, school and sports uniforms, caps, jackets and specialty items, as well as personal pieces with a name or initials.
Got a design with lots of colour or fine detail? DTF printing may suit it better, and we'll tell you honestly which works best.

Do you embroider in-house?
Yes. Our embroidery is done in our Arundel studio on Barudan and Tajima machines, so we look after the quality ourselves.
Can you embroider a name on a personal item?
Yes. As well as uniforms, we embroider personal garments and specialty items, such as a name or initials on a gift. Tell us what you have in mind.
Can you replicate my existing logo?
Yes. Send us a file or even a photo and we'll recreate it so it stitches cleanly.
How long does embroidery last?
Because the thread is stitched into the fabric, embroidery lasts as long as the garment with normal washing.
Should I choose embroidery or printing?
Embroidery suits shirts, caps, jackets and anything that needs a premium, durable finish. Printing suits large, colourful designs and lightweight tees. We'll recommend what suits your design and budget.
